Refund and Return Policy

We are a world-renowned brand of fanless chassis. Our products are very competitive among similar products. We hope that you will read our product descriptions and performance parameters in detail before purchasing, and refer to other third-party media reviews to reduce the probability of returns as much as possible.

If due to objective reasons, you must return the goods after receiving them,Please read the following terms.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

If the computer case (fanless chassis)has been used to assemble a computer, it will inevitably cause a loss of value of the product. For this case, we have temporarily agreed that you can still get a full return after paying for shipping.

If we suspect that you are an employee or controller of our competitor brand and deliberately caused a loss of value of the products included in this order to gain an unfair competitive advantage, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and initiate arbitration.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.

Under normal circumstances, we will process your refund and automatically transfer the refund amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items(Special discount products) cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at market@turemetal.com and send your item to our address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning the expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
